Foreign Settlement Coordinator
**This position is located in downtown Dallas**
Responsibilities:
Settlement of all fails to receive and fails to deliver of foreign securities through the applicable foreign depository.Identify and solve any trade problems that result in a reclaim by contra party.Daily balancing of money between CSS records and foreign depository including research and resolution of any money differences.Back-up for buy-in coordinator.Assist in other departmental processing as needed and directed by manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business related field or 2-3 years experience with Brokerage Firm operations, specifically focused in the settlement area.Ability to meet deadlines; multi-tasked and detail oriented.Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly to minimize exposure to firm.Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accurate, complete, and high quality work in a timely manner.PC skills including knowledge of MS office products.
Must be willing to follow through and complete daily functions before departing for the day.
