Fulfillment Manager (Mortgage)

Responsible for the Operations component of the new GEM Fulfillment Center, assuming overall leadership responsibility for the education, development, motivation and retention of a dedicated team of Associates.  Accountable overall for center performance against established metrics as well as key vendor relationships.

 

? Leads the timely, accurate, and consistent performance of overall center production as relates to Vendor Management, Issue Resolution, Quality Control, Client Relations, Finance and Funding functions, ensuring practices reflect OOMC?s procedures and guidelines

? Analyzes productivity indicators & trends for all functional departments in relation to expected standards of performance and recommends initiatives for process improvement to achieve superior operational effectiveness

? Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with OOMC policies and applicable laws for assigned associates, including training, planning, assigning and directing work; monitoring performance, coaching and disciplining associates; addressing complaints, and resolving problems with the support of their HR team

? Uses highly developed analytical skills to enhance the Option One experience by solving complex problems and making sound business recommendations as relates to Fulfillment Center actions and decisions

? Appropriately identifies and escalates pertinent issues to internal and external customers and vendor partners

? Maintains excellent working relationships with the offshore team and vendors

 

Quals:

? Minimum of five (5) years management experience in residential lending, loan processing, underwriting, funding/closing and originations

? Operations knowledge of Retail Residential Lending operations including production and support functions in a primarily non-prime environment

? Ability to organize, prioritize and allocate workload for optimum efficiency and consistency, resulting in impactful execution of work

? Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of Associates and management, as well as with external customers, offshore partners and outside vendors

? Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion

? Thorough understanding of state-specific rules and their application to key position accountabilities

? Possesses thorough knowledge of all OOMC products, programs, guidelines, and procedures

? Reflects the values of the OOMC organization in day-to-day behavior
