GENERAL ACCOUNTING/PAYROLL CLERK

 

Our growing Provo Web Design and Hosting Company has an immediate opening in our accounting department for a General Accounting/Payroll Clerk with a starting wage of $10-$12 per hour DOE.

 

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk with Payroll experience that will be responsible in-house processing of payroll for 150 employees.  Responsibilities will also include Accounts Payable tracking and execution.  Some A/R duties including business to business collection and billing questions, and other accounting functions.

 

Successful candidate will have the following:

-Previous experience and strong knowledge in Payroll Processing

-Strong analytical sense with excellent attention to detail.

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to maintain an even temper and personality combined with excellent customer service skills.

-A/P experience

-A/R Light Collections experience
