General Affairs Analyst

A Major International Bank located in Hoboken, NJ seeks a qualified individual as a General Affairs Analyst to perform administrative work in Corporate Planning/General Affairs. The General Affairs Analyst will also maintain accounts payable, document management and handling the Japanese Expatriate administration and mail handling.

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.  Account Payable administration

?  Verification of invoices from vendors

?  Assignment of appropriate account code

?  Updating budget status

?  Initiating necessary account transferring instruction

?  Car service usage record keeping

2.  Document management administration

?  Important document registration and keeping record

?  Filing approved sheet

?  Filing circulation document from the parent bank

3.  New Subsidiary related administration

?  Supporting  Accounting Process 

?  Monitoring Budget and Cash Balance

?  Handling and Filing the Applications

?  Providing Administration Information related to General Affairs, especially Policy & Procedure Change.

4.  Vault Open/Close and access control

5.  Business travel arrangement

6.  Japanese expatriate administration

7.  Handling Japanese mail

8.  Hospitality of guest

9.  Translation

10.  Other projects as assigned by management

 Knowledge/Skills:

 Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in business administration.2+ years of bookkeeping experience. Good interpersonal skills.Good oral, written and communication skills in both English and Japanese required.Good PC skills. Experience with excel spreadsheets and word processing software.
