General Clerk Lead

Other duties may be assigned.

Communication to clarify discrepancies on files.

Analyze files to identify all necessary factors for preparations are available.

Review title commitment and obtain all needed documentation to clear title and have the file proceed to closing.

This position requires the use of a computer 95% of the time.

Adhere to workflow and tracking events.

Ensures compliance with established company policies and procedures.

Performs other duties in support of office operations as required.

Understand title commitment and clear liens, validate vesting and ensure that the loan is cleared to close within 12 calendar days of receipt.

Qualifications
HS Diploma required, plus one year related experience.
