General Manager of Payment Processing

Our Horsham, PA headquarters location is currently seeking a career-minded professional to fill the position of General Manager of Payment Processing.


Job Description:


The General Manager of Payment Processing is responsible for ensuring completion of daily workflow, maintenance and adaptation of procedures and monitoring personnel to ensure maximum productivity. The position is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the Payment Processing Staff and internal lockbox operations. Communications with external clients regarding service issues, assessing client needs/project feasibility and offering suggestions for process improvements are also responsibilities of this position. The position also maintains responsibility for ensuring procedure documentation and training manuals are up-to-date and accurate. The GM will oversee a staff of approximately 100 employees.

 

Job Requirements:

 

? Minimum of 3 years experience in management of an automated remittance platform.
? Experience in payment processing environment including lockbox processing, cash application, research and adjustments and accounting maintenance.
? Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and challenge for results.
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interface with clients and internal counterparts are essential.
? Project management, work flow analysis or process improvement experience
? Hands-on manager with the ability to multi-task
? Independent, take-charge leader with a sense of urgency, drive and determination
? Customer focused and results-driven
? A proven track record of success in meeting customer and organizational expectations

Preferred:

? Financial Services experience
? Lockbox Management Experience
