Description Business Risk Services Global Center Global BRS Learning Manager

A key member of the Business Risk Services (BRS) Global Center team, this individual will help drive BRS learning strategies globally by developing and maintaining Global BRS learning programs. General responsibilities include project managing the development of new programs and maintenance of existing programs, supporting the deployment launches of new programs globally, assisting the Global BRS Learning Leader in other learning initiatives, and working with engagement teams when client training needs are identified.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain learning programs included in the learning build plan:

* Coordinate the planning and design stages of development with Intellinex (learning development provider), Subject Matter Resources (SMRs) from our Global Areas, and appropriate BRS Global Center personnel
* Manage content development and/or maintenance, including:

* Coordination with Intellinex and the Global AABS Learning support person assigned to BRS
* Oversight of SMRs developing and reviewing the content
* Monitoring consistency of content with Firm and BRS policies and standards
* Coordination of quality reviews within BRS and other appropriate E&Y groups

* Support the deployment launches of new programs globally, through coordination with the Global Area People and Learning Leaders (GAPLLs) and their learning teams
* Provide assistance to BRS-certified trainers for training updates and clarifications related to the course content.
* Shares leading practices with BRS pursuit teams and proactively identify learning needs through interaction with client serving professionals, including both new learning needs and suggested maintenance to existing programs
* Assist client engagement teams in developing and deploying training for clients, as opportunities are identified
* Develop learning-related thought leadership pieces
* Support other learning initiatives as directed by the Global BRS Learning Leader

Qualifications

To qualify, candidates must have:

*

a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, MBA and/or CPA preferred
*

a minimum of 5 years in risk services/internal auditing with a focus on financial, SOX 404 and operational projects of various magnitudes, or a combination of internal auditing and industry experience.
*

experience in learning (trainer and/or developer) as well as experience in process-oriented approaches spanning multiple segments of a business, including knowledge of key performance indicators and industry accepted best practices.
*
