Groupware Administrator Manager

This manager's position is responsible for the day to day activities of the groupware team as well as the long-range vision for the group.
Responsibilities of the Groupware team include:
-Managing to the daily email administration tasks
-Monitor, document and report Lotus Notes domain server performance and capacity planning
-Develop and document groupware standards and operating procedures
-Plan for disaster recovery and testing.
-Maintain domain NAB, databases ACLs, domain access, routing replications and ID certifications.
-Provide support for remote use of Notes
-Provide project support related to global e-mail processing.
-Monitor server performance, utilization.
-Responsible for capacity planning
-Develop project plans to accomplish goals
-React to issues and obstacles appropriately and escalate matters responsibly
-Develop and deliver solutions for various business lines

Qualifications:
-BA/BS Computer Science or related field
-6+ years experience in architecture and administration of Notes and mobile computing. 
-5+ years supervisory experience 
-In-depth technical knowledge of Lotus Notes and Domino Server
-Strong knowledge of BES, iNotes and iNotes/VPN, SSL/VPN and Terminal Servers
-Strong inderstanding of the administration of ACE server, BlackIce, and HATS 
-Strong  knowledge of NT Server 4.0 and server hardware
-Strong knowledge of BES, iNotes and iNotes/VPN, Terminal Servers
-PDA support
-Strong  knowledge of Active Directory services
-Knowledge of Lotus Script/APIs, Javascript and HTML extremely helpful
-Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Internet/web and remote dial-in)
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
-Willing to work overtime, including weekends, as required
-Some travel may be required
