Help Desk Supervisor

Spherion was founded in 1946, and currently has over 735 locations nationwide. Our client base includes 85% of the Fortune 100 Companies. This is a permanent full time  position for a large company located in Irvine, CA.  

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  HELP DESK SUPERVISOR

We are constantly looking for individuals that are customer focused and have a strong desire to succeed.

 

Responsibilities:
Supervise help desk staff : including schedule, preformance reviews and workflow management
Answer incoming customer inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.
Work with software tools to support the customer base
Test and research customer issues as necessary
Work with other departments as necessary to solve customer issues
Attend product training as required
Assist with issues with operating systems and network platforms and printer issues

 

Job Requirements:
Prior experience as a Help Desk Lead / supervisor role preferred.
Experience in a financial institution or supporting applications a plus.
Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written skills
Excellent problem solving skills, customer service focused
Knowledge of basis networking concepts and solutions as well as basic troubleshooting for MS products
Proficient with Network o/s and w/s o/s
