Responsibilities:

 

?  Proactively develop and execute plan to grow, maintain and expand market penetration within your territory.Deliver critical and key performance measurements to obtain regional sales objectivesEstablish, maintain and expand accounts by building professional, courteous and successful relationships with brokers within your territory.Actively engage in on-going product, systems and sales training.

 

Qualifications:

 Proven successful track record of production in a Wholesale Lending capacity a plus - preferably conforming/Prime lending programs. Ability to bring over established Wholesale Broker relationships a plus. Able to give presentations and educate Broker community on our products at First Magnus Financial Corporation. Sales ability and relationship building skills essential.Call center experience a plus. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
