A non-profit agency that provides money management education and budget/credit counseling is seeking a highly organized HR professional.  The HR Generalist is responsible for personnel administration for the agency.  This includes employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and payroll.

 

Responsibilities:Maintain and updating the HR information systemRecruitingProcess payrollCoordinate the new hire processManage benefits administrationAssist the HR Director with other multiple projects related to performance management, compensation, and training

 

Requirements:Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or related field 1-2 years of relevant work experienceMust be proficient in computer software including, MS Outlook, Excel, and WordExperience using ADP Payroll Software is preferred  Must be extremely organized and must demonstrate experience managing multiple tasks and handling confidential informationAll candidates must have satisfactorily credit and pass a criminal background check
