ISD Systems Administrator

The systems administrator will be responsible for support services to the Investigative Services team members, including the AVP and Director of ISD, as well as all SIU/SILS personnel. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to investigative file input into Access Database, processing invoices for payment, assisting investigators in check requisitions and mailings, scanning of files and file shipment.

Input all incoming files in a timely fashion into the ISD Access Database.

Scan Files for shipment to either Iron Mountain or to 3rd party vendors

Process and track ISD invoices to assure that they are paid as agreed.

Provide guidance and backup for the other ISD Systems Administrator in support of tracking/ordering of origination files from lenders, any overflow resulting from the Appraisal Watch/Ineligible process.

Assist the ISD AVP and Director as well all ISD personnel in all support functions and assignments as necessary.

Required Skills:
Excellent oral, written, time management and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively and professionally with a wide variety of personalities.

Exceptionally strong personal computer skills are required, primarily in Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

High level of proficiency in Access database analysis is a prerequisite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability and willingness to work independently.
