Inside Sales Loan Officer

  Nationstar Mortgage Company is a subsidiary of a Fortune 250 Company.  We specialize in non-conforming mortgages and home equity loans directly through a branch network and indirectly through mortgage brokers.  We rank among the nation?s ten largest retail sub-prime originators, with a servicing portfolio of over $9 billion!  We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Loan Officer.

 

This position offers a comprehensive 3 week training program, as well as a salary, plus uncapped commission and benefits that are effective on your first day of employment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the Mortgage Lending industry to take the next step in his or her career!

 

Job responsibilities include:


Originating and selling non-conforming mortgages & home equity loans by building and developing strong relationships directly with our consumers
Building and fostering strong internal working relationships with Underwriting and Processing
Maintaining sales contact, pipeline and other sales activity reports through the entire loan process
Generate business through effective use of our Marketing Leads System

 

Skill Requirements:



*College degree preferred

*Proven successful sales experience, preferably in sub-prime lending or minimum of 1 year sales experience where relationship building is important.

*Excellent communication and organizational skills

*Strong goal orientation

*Excellent presentation skills

*Demonstrated ability to overcome rejection

*Exceptional attention to detail

*Excellent relationship building ability

*Strong communication and time management skills
