Institutional Associate

Teams with an Institutional Investment Advisor and interacts extensively with senior investment professionals from other departments within the firm. Primary responsibilities include prospect and client servicing, including opening accounts, handling cash flows, maintenance, reconciliation, reporting, special projects and preparation of marketing and prospecting presentations. Associate acts as a liaison with all the various departments involved in maintaining the accounts and fulfilling client requests. Associate interacts heavily with clients and prospects via telephone and correspondence, maintains databases and otherwise provides office support to Advisor. Associate assists with departmental projects and initiatives.



 

Series 7 & 63 to be taken within 4-8 months.  College education and industry experience preferred.
