This is an inbound phone center position. Candidate must be flexible to work a broad range of hours between 8am and 8pm, Mondays through Fridays.Provides primary support to Direct Plan administrators and other segments using ATC services.? This includes providing institutional consultation regarding plan design, compliance, answering all related administrative and service questions, documenting and responding to concerns, and working with reporting needs.?Acts as a troubleshooter for the various on-line services administrators' access to set up and administer their plans.? This includes, but is not limited to, on-line enrollment, on-line data entry, EFT, institutional reporting, etc.Acts as a resource for the Direct Institutional Segment and other segments that are using ATC services to assist them with any questions regarding self-service or web tools.?Supports the conversion and sale of the new Direct Plan model for existing administrators by communicating the features and benefits of the new plan model and new service delivery model.?Researches what other companies are offering administrators through web services and presents this competitive information in a clear and concise manner.?Participates on project teams that support team and division goals and objectives.? Also responsible for participating in training programs, as a contributor or presenter on topics related to new tools, resources, legal issues, etc.

Comprehensive understanding of plan design provisions for 401(a), 401(k), 403(b) and 457(b) plans.? This includes regulatory reporting, plan documentation, and IRS regulations.? Must also have a basic knowledge of a wide range of financial service products.?Working knowledge of all systems involved in a plan conversion, plan set-up and servicing plan administrators, as well as a thorough understanding of the Direct Plan Model (including features and benefits) and Direct Plan Administrator Website.?College degree preferred and must have all necessary licensing and certifications - Series 6, 63 and state licensing.?Must have the ability to work independently, balance multiple responsibilities and objectives, research simple and complicated issues and maintain the highest level of professionalism when working with internal and external customers.Must be goal oriented, with good communications skills (verbal, listening and written), sales skills, conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
