Insurance Policy Processor

Spherion is currently looking for Policy Processing Consultants to work in the city of Los Angeles, Ca.  The candidates serve as a policy processing consultant on projects implementing new or revised procedures.  Gathers information regarding procedure changes from multiple sources and analyzes all information in preparationf for documenting these changes.  Communicates procedure changes through formal and informal channels such as e-mail, verbal communication, procedure bulletins, and procedure manuals.  May review and analyze existing procedures, define necessary business requirements and serve as the lead for the project. Must have some knowledge of Insurance, analytical and critical thinking skills, decision making skills and reading skills, research and data gathering skills, PC Skills and definitely time management skills. The position is a temp to hire and the hours of operation are from 7:30am-4:00pm.
