Interim Servicing Clerk

We are seeking an Interim Servicing Clerk who will be responsible to perform the following duties:Prepare verification of mortgage and pay off demands for borrows and title companies Liaison to Warehouse banks and investors to ensure wires have been received Perform various functions to prepare for and complete the service release of loan sales Settle wires received of daily loan purchases Review purchase advices Perform analytical reporting as requested Report, remit, and reconcile on Interim Services accounts Compile information of daily loans purchased and wire received Coordinate investor reporting cutoffs Prepare daily management report of purchased loans Meet strict deadlines to ensure that reporting is received by investor by specific deadlines.

 

This position requires two years accounting experience in the mortgage industry, the ability to work well under deadlines, and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
