Intermediate Reconcilement Clerk

Overview

 

The Bank Reconciliation Department is responsible for the reconciliation of foreign and domestic bank accounts and for various operational functions relative to financial research, reporting and fraud control.

 

 

Job Responsibilities: The reconciliation of domestic and foreign bank accounts, open item resolution, sorting / distributing incoming postal mail throughout the unit, provide a support role pertaining to inventory management, assist in departmental projects as the opportunity arises.

 

 

Job Qualifications:  Previous related experience in a daily processing environment is required.  Must have the ability to quickly learn new systems.  Related 2+ years of experience in cash account reconciliation is preferred. Must possess strong organizational, time management and written/oral communication skills.  Must be highly motivated, flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing work environment.  Must have excellent attention to detail and exhibit strong problem solving skills.  Some college is preferred.  Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office applications.
