Internal Audit Project Leader – Network Engineering

Perform comprehensive risk and control assessments of wireless telecommunications systems and processes. Plan, coordinate, and conduct complex audits. Develop client relationships and gain an understanding of organizational as well as enterprise-wide strategic goals and objectives, key business risks, and exposures. Design testing procedures to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing control structure. Communicate results of audit testing to management. Recommend necessary improvements in control effectiveness where weaknesses exist. Prepare written reports to management that detail the audit results, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvement in the internal control structure.

QUALIFICATIONS

? B.S. in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
? 2 years of wireless telecommunications experience with GSM, GPRS, and/or UMTS preferred.
? Knowledge of back-office systems in wireless telecommunications environment a plus.
? Strong analytical and organizational skills. Detail and goal oriented.
? Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
? Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work with minimal supervision.
? Technical/operational and compliance audit experience preferred.
? Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
