Investment Consultant

JOB PURPOSE Provides high quality service to customers to retain and attract assets and new accounts.
*Provides high quality of service to customers through outbound calls, walk-ins and by appointment in a sales environment. Has full range of knowledge of products and services and applies effective sales skills during customer interactions. Maintains and deepens relationships with customers. Refers when appropriate, customers to the correct channel of service CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Provides high quality of information and high level of service to customers.
Utilizes sales skills to determine and meet customer/prospect needs.
Offers channel guidance to customers/prospects based on individual needs.
Expands and deepens customer relationships by extending the entire product line.
Knows the branches HVCs and applies a process to deepen our relationships – proactively develops solutions based on an understanding needs

Works effectively as a team at the unit level – maintains productive internal relationships.
Supports associate development through peer feedback and participation in development activities.
Shares knowledge and experience, participates in projects to improve processes and/or enhance the customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree; Series 7 and 63; 3 or more years of proactive, successful sales experience in the financial services industry. You must also be an outstanding communicator, possess comprehensive industry and investment knowledge, and have the ability to present complex financial solutions that allow customers to make the right solutions for them.
