The Communications Center is the division within Computershare North America that is directly responsible for the delivery of customer contact and associated services to North American based end users (i.e. shareholders and other forms of investors) and intermediaries (e.g. brokers). The Communication Center serves to deliver and manage the customer contact experience through the effective use of existing contact channels.  The mission of the Communication Center is: Easy to deal with & Commercially responsible.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

 Answers shareholder, broker, and customer phone inquiries and reviews customer profile.Enters Workflow ticket to escalate to other areas of operations for call back.Capture ?One & Done? ?Point of Contact- information via SCRIP Macro.Create letters and transfer instructions.Prioritizes escalated items to coaches within the appropriate guidelines.Serves as backup to Written Correspondence Team.Enters fulfillment Requests for Client Plan Brochures, etc.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

? 2 years of college preferred, must have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or call center and/or customer service related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience needed.

? Degree preferred.

? 35 to 40 wpm keyboard speed/skills.

? Customer Service experience.

? Good problem solving skills.

? MS Office proficiency.
