Job Responsibilities:
Respond accurately and thoroughly to client calls on wide range of investment and account service topics. Maintain a high level of personal integrity and comply with the Guidelines for Business Conduct as stated by Merrill Lynch. Solid knowledge of FAC Investment Process with ability to apply key principles appropriately to the individual client's investment needs. Have a passion for excellence, customer service, process efficiency and time management. The Core ISAs are good listeners and problem solvers with excellent communications skills and an above average interest in online technology. The successful ISA will consistently identify complex client opportunities for development in the Growth and Premier segments. They are fast-learners able to grasp complex technical material quickly. Recent college graduates in a business curriculum with a demonstrated track record of leadership and accomplishment will be considered. Career paths and development plans can lead to positions in the Growth and Premier business segments.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business curriculum or equivalent work experienceCustomer Service experienceAppropriately apply FAC Investment Process PrinciplesSeries 7 can be attainedComfort with Internet technology and good personal computer skillsSelf-starter able to work in a team environmentPleasant telephone mannerGood verbal communications skillsProficiency in Spanish preferred.
