Investment advisory firm seeks an energetic, highly organized investor services administrator to join an experienced team in supporting the investment advisors of a growing firm.

Responsibilities and duties include:

Responding to a high volume of telephone calls and requests from clients and investment advisors.

Processing new account information

Opening new accounts and following up on transfers of assets.

Interaction with all levels of management within the firm.

Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft EXCEL, WORD and Outlook. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task in a high volume office.
