The recruiter will partner with the management team to help meet organizational goals and fulfill their departmental staffing needs.
Interview, screen and assess applicants to determine their skill set and individual characteristics to determine organizational fit
Cold-calling and direct sourcing candidates
Utilize online job boards to source and identify qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
Colaborate efforts with department managers to understand internal staffing requirements and needs outstanding organization
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Bi-lingual (Spanish)
Aptitude for working independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to manage a high volume desk
Negotiation skills ? ?Selling and Closing? candidates
Possess professionalism, personal integrity and a high internal commitment to achieve success
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Experience working with ATS is a plus
Knowledge of Internet Recruitment Strategies
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
(1) year of recruiting experience
Mortgage experience is a plus
Must be bi-lingual (Spanish)
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong communication and presentation ability
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational proficiency
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress, deadline-driven environment
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedural manuals, scientific and technical journals, financial reports, legal documents, business periodicals, and government regulations.
Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of employees, management and the public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to calculate figures and apply concepts of basic algebra and business math.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
