Dealogic is a leading software and information provider to major investment banks globally. We are looking for motivated individuals to work within our busy IT department as HelpDesk Analysts. The successful candidates will join a global team supporting the Analytics product suite, adding their excellent support and diagnostic skills.

 

You will assist in the day-to-day running and support of all internal and client facing Analytics applications, ensuring client issues are addressed, documented and resolved in a timely and professional manner consistent with our high standard of customer service.

 

The ability to work independently and to provide effective telephone support will be essential to success in this role

 

Main duties and Responsibilities

First line Analytics systems support

Maintaining internal documentation and ticketing systems

User account creation and maintenance

Escalation to database, infrastructure or client support teams as appropriate

 

Skill set required

Excellent troubleshooter

Ability to multitask

Good familiarity of windows networks and operation systems

Excellent communicator at all levels

Dedicated to providing high quality customer service

Good organizational skills

At least 6 months relevant support or customer service experience

Team player
