Position Description:

We are currently searching for LSR I to add to our dynamic Collections team reporting to the Assistant Manager. You?ll be responsible for telephone contact collections procedures. Answers customer questions, updates account information, develops payment plans and receives payments.

Maintains customer relationship while curing delinquency and preventing departmental loss. Typically handles early-phase collections,
answering customer questions, update account information, develop payment plans and receive payments in the 1-30 department.

Key responsibilities include:
- Handles heavy incoming/outgoing calls to assist borrower(s), collect payments, and resolve problems
- Contacts customers to communicate delinquency status, expedite receipt of payment(s), and resolve problems
- Provides information to repossession companies and performs light skip duties
- Utilizes automated dialer system according to management standards; adheres to call model and meets daily volume expectations; meets individual, team and departmental goals
- Follows Triad?s Collection Guidelines and Procedures and complies with current State and Federal laws in regards to all calling activities
- Completes departmental forms and systems documentation
- Uses Dialer up to 90% of time and is primarily responsible for front-end collections

The ideal candidate will have a
High School Diploma
0 - 2 years experience and able to perform in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality results. Ability to influence and negotiate with customers, ability to multi-task, basic understanding and application of Collection laws.
Good customer service and telephone skills, basic verbal and written communication skills, familiar with Microsoft Office products and good planning, organizational and prioritization skills.
