Learning & Development Specialist III

Individual will partner with HR Managers on business unit's workplace learning, development and performance improvement needs targeted to optimize key business results. Included: analysis, strategy, design, development, implementation and evaluation of business unit development plans and specific interventions.

"? Demonstrate a solid knowledge of client 's business, able to translate that into workplace learning and performance improvement opportunities (services and programs).

"? Analyze, recommend, design and develop programs to deliver a wide variety of leadership and management development to all levels of employees for the enterprise.

"? Utilize, consistently, the HRL&D methodology to deliver performance-based results. Effectively utilize project management tools.

"? Demonstrate effective presentation skills, group facilitation and adult learning techniques in delivery.

"? Partner with the VP to source, screen and select vendors to provide additional/specialized services to support clients or customers.

"? Assist in the selection and training of adjunct trainers to support initiatives.

"? Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
"?Bachelor Degree or the equivalent combination of training and experience
"?Minimum of five to eight years of related experience
"?Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
"?Demonstrate excellent judgment in issue analysis and resolution.
"?Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
"?Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
"?Excellent oral and written skills
"?Ability to travel.
"?Ability to conduct oral presentations.
"?Ability to access and enter information using an automated system.
"?PC literate
