We are currently recruiting for the following position as we prepare to open our new Securities group, First Citizens Securities Corporation.

 

The Sales Assistant will support the financial advisors in their sales efforts.  This support will provide good customer service to the clients while it allows the advisor to focus primarily on sales.

 

Essential Job Function:

? Processing all completed paperwork, follow up and track all documents delivered for processing.  Filing or Imaging on a daily basis.

? Handle all incoming calls and customer correspondence for Financial Advisor resolving customer questions and inquiries.  Must follow the sun down rule for returning phone calls.

? Handle all correspondence and customer inquiries regarding sales campaigns.  Complete all research requests and hypotheticals.

? Assist in training of new Financial Advisors. Provide FA with weekly status of all transfers.

? Manages client portfolios to maximize return while maintaining appropriate levels of acceptable risk and conforming to industry compliance standards.

Execute and confirms securities transactions initiated by retail clients.  Provide advice and counsel to clients on appropriate investments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor?s degree preferred; 2-4 years of experience in investment experience; Series 7,63, LA&H Licenses required; good problem solving and communication skills; detail oriented
