Loan Account Manager

You as a First Franklin Loan Account Manager will -

* Maintain relationships with clients and co-workers, which are conducive to an ongoing and profitable association, by providing superior customer service
* Act as the primary customer contact and in-house product expert on all FFFC products lines
* Consider yourself a business partner and be the primary point of contact for all customers
* Monitor loan status, manage pipeline, sign off conditions and accurately quote rates
* Accurately quote rates, coordinate rate lock and doc order requests and process re-disclosures
* Work with Account Executives and/or appropriate parties on account development planning
* Constantly probe for all information that may affect your quote
* Your goal should be to return phone calls within 1-2 hours
* Status calls, refax approval calls, etc. should be forwarded to your Loan Account Manager Assistant
* Request all items for audits / FLD's / due diligence files in a timely manner
* As requested, act in a backup capacity to the Production Coordinator and Account Executive for loan scenario calls
* As requested, train customers on FFFC products and procedures to ensure no missed loan opportunities

Qualifications:
You and Your Skills -
* 3 years experience in wholesale lending as broker coordinator / loan account manager / processor
* Possess excellent and professional verbal communications skills. Professional phone skills are a must
* You must have the ability to prioritize your workload
* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and understand and respond to a sense of urgency with strong multi tasking skills
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Multi-task oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Team player with positive attitude
* Computer experience with windows programs
* Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, ratios and other analytical formulas related to mortgage lending and general business
