Currently seeking a LOAN ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

 Produce all types of monthly Investor Reporting (i.e. Actual/Actual, Scheduled/Actual & Scheduled/Scheduled) for Private Warehouse Investors and REMIC Securities.Prepare and transmit monthly Investor Remittances through the Treasury Department.Reconcile monthly reporting by utilizing System Generated Reports and IT based technology.Assist in the identification of Investor sold loans into appropriate Pools.Complete System Transfer of loans sold by Investors.Monthly System cleanup of Identified Exception Items.Responsible for monthly Custodial Account Bank Reconciliation and subsequent clearing of Reconciling Items.All other related job duties as assigned.Availability for additional hours as necessary.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 BA/BS in Accounting/Finance or related field.
