Loan Analyst - Immediate Opening
This is not just a job, it is a career you've been waiting for.
One of major finance comany has an immediate job opening in one of their divisions in Costa Mesa for a Loan Analyst. Duties include:
*Maintains comprehensive knowledge of loan programs, procedures, lending guidelines, and technological resources.
*Maintains professional, ethical, and courteous relationships with both external and internal customers.
*Communicates via MortgageFlex all key activities of the loan through loan comments.
*Maintains stacking order of the loan file.
*Responsible for accurately completing Section 32 forms as needed.
*Orders flood certifications, required insurance and loan documents
*Prepares final loan application for broker.
*Obtains broker demands with signatures.
*Requests title endorsements.
*Verifies loan data and prints final loan approval and exceptions.
*Processes withdrawn and declined loans.
*Completes pre-funding audits, obtains wire instructions and closing protection letter.
*Insures all loans submitted to funding are complete and accurate.
