Loan Booking Supervisor
Job Purpose:
Supports commercial loan operations by inputting and processing information.
Duties:
* Processes commercial loan payments by verifying and batching payments.
* Controls monetary and non-monetary transactions by inputting information and balancing items.
* Processes customer billing and rate-change notification by placing statements in envelops and mailing.
* Balances monetary work by maintaining logs of items entered and the credits/debits; totaling activity; comparing the totals to the system.
* Rectifies balancing discrepancies by researching batch information and correcting errors.
* Maintains customer confidence and protects the bank's operations by keeping information confidential as specified in the ethics policy of the bank.
* Accomplishes department and bank mission by completing related results as needed.
