Essential Job Functions:

-Monitor workload of mortgage loan processors to ensure efficient use of staff
-Utilize Reports to ensure monthly goals are met
-Manage daily activities of employees
-Fill in on an as needed basis for staff vacations, sick days, etc.
-Administration, run meetings, attendance, coordinate training, performance reviews

 

Required Skills:

-3-5 Years of mortgage operations experience

-Previous management or supervisory experience
-Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience

 

Preferred Skills:

-Experience directly managing mortgage loan processors is preferred
