This exciting position within the booming mortgage lending industry will challenge your sales abilities and deliver substantial financial rewards. We originate first and second residential mortgage loans for conventional, government, FHA, VA and non-prime borrowers in 27+ states through our many US locations.
Qualified candidates will have stellar customer service skills, previous sales experience, the need to succeed and ambition to set up a strong and prosperous career with us.
The Career:
MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED! As a Mortgage Consultant / Banker, you will become the sole contact for our clients financial and mortgage needs. It will be our team?s responsibility to help the client obtain the needed solution to fit their goals.
? Originate and qualify incoming clients for their mortgage solution.
? Explain and gather the client documentation required for loan approval.
? Review client documentation; ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, present for approval.
? Maintain regular contact with the customer to inform the customer of loan status.

Requirements:
Qualified applicants will possess some sales experience. A strong desire to succeed in a commission driven sales environment and excellent communication skills are required. A college degree is preferred but not required.
? A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment
? Willingness to work flexible/extended hours
? The need to succeed, ambition and motivation a must!
Bilingual (Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Nigerian, Russian, Portuguese etc.) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Insurance and investment licenses are a plus!
