Loan Sales Specialist I ? Escrow



 

Responsibilities: Analyze research and resolve sold loan escrow discrepancies received from internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner. Review escrow exceptions from Investors.  Maintain, organize, and control high volume workflow.  Research and resolve sold loan escrow differences.  Request escrow disbursements to investors for loans with excess escrow and/or bill investors for escrow shortages.  Track files of loans ready to transfer with detailed documentation and follow up on outstanding items.  Serve as a liaison with Investors for overages.  Track, post receivables, and assist with NSF and stop payments on sold loans.

 

Requirements:  High School Diploma/GED with two years accounting and/or Mortgage Banking experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.  Excellent organizational and time management skills along with strong personal communication skills including written and verbal.
