Loan Service Counselor – Collector

Requirements:

In this position, you will collect on delinquent auto loans, contact borrowers, negotiate payments and maintain excellent customer service. You will also maintain delinquency at acceptable levels as established and work an auto dialer and monthly queue. Experience working with customers in a multi-state environment is necessary. Two plus years? collection experience is required, preferably in the finance industry. Excellent negotiation, customer service and communication skills are a must. Full-time and part-time (25 hours per week) opportunities are available.
