Responsibilities:

?  Answer borrowers and loan officers questions.  Follow-up with borrowers when payments are not received by the due date.

?  Review monthly invoices for principal, interest and escrow generated by the mortgage loans servicing system prior to issuance to borrowers.  Prepare manual invoices for loans requiring special handling.

?  Prepare or review escrow disbursement requests.  Process disbursements in the mortgage loans servicing system.

?  Prepare annual escrow analysis.  Notify borrowers of changes in monthly invoice.  Process changes in the mortgage loans servicing system.

?  Prepare UCC continuations and terminations

?  Prepare payoff letters and calculate payoff amounts as requested by borrowers

?  Review and approve cash receipts entries for input into the general ledger system

?  Prepare daily and monthly reconciliations and schedules

?  Review loan modifications and update the mortgage loans servicing system as required

?  Prepare industry surveys and questionnaires

?  Prepare special and ad-hoc reports as required by borrowers and management

?  Responsible for maintenance of servicing procedures and controls documentation

?  Perform special projects and research when required

 Ideal Candidate Will Have:

?  Minimum of three to five years of commercial mortgage loans servicing experience

?  Experience with mortgage loans billing and collection processes

?  Experience with processing escrow disbursements for payment of real estate taxes and dealing with tax authorities

?  Experience with examining and extrapolating loan documents

?  Self started, detailed oriented, well organized, ability to multitask, strong oral and written communication skills.

?  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

?  Able to work overtime when required without previous notice. Occasional overtime at month-end and quarter-end.
