 Answer calls coming into the department in a professional and expeditious manner.  Answer all calls received via our 877#. Coordinate with other areas to provide customer with accurate answer to their questions.  Be the primary contact for the LMA product, as it relates to general questions, new accounts and refinances.  Manage issues brought up by customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.Manage client complaints in a professional manner, involving the department Manager when needed.Work on projects as assigned by the manager.Follow procedures and bring updates to manager as needed.  Assist in developing standardized processes, routines, forms and systems to increase productivity of the Loan Servicing Team.Always look for ways on how to improve the service we give our clients.

  Qualifications:
College degree1+ years experience, preferably in a financial services environmentGood written and verbal communication skillsConsistently meet deadlines with minimal supervisionExcellent phone skills Positive attitudeTeam playerAble to work with minimal supervision.Ability to effectively interact with FA?s/CA?s and Clients. Ability to handle difficult situations over the phone with FA?s / CA?s and Clients
