Cash America International is a rapidly expanding company.  We are currently looking for Payday Advance Supervisors to join our team. We have a full time employment opportunity available in our Payday Advance Division in Ventura, California

Supervisors RequirementMinimum of 2-5 years current experience in a Banking, Sales or Customer Service industry Cash -handling experience, preferably in a retail environment. Work well with a diverse industry Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced professional environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate.

 Supervisors Principal Accountabilities Oversees activity of Payday Advance Associates. Maintain all customer files and records. Balance cash drawer daily at opening and closing. Explain the payday loan process to prospective customers. Assist customers in completing Payday loan forms and applications Verify application information by telephone with bank, employer, and verification service. Data Entry. Precisely Issue cash to customers, and collect checks and cash upon- redemption of lean. Answer customer questions and respond to complaints, in both in person and over the phone. Contact customers via telephone to remind them payment is due and/or to attempt collection of funds from returned checks. Develop and implement a store marketing plan. Able to speak fluent Spanish a plus but not required.
