Responsible for identifying, investigating and evaluating loan acquisitions that are in line with company?s business goals. Acts as primary representative and negotiator in initial contact with candidate?s acquisition. Monitors markets, industries, companies, etc., or potential acquisition interests to maintain an updated information base. May assist in business integration strategies. Provides analyses to loan review committee, recommending purchase of loans. Develops policies and procedures regarding loan purchase. Leverages existing CAR infrastructure to acquire potential acquisition candidates to support business goals.3-5 years experience in Bulk purchase acquisition in sub prime auto business. Must have the ability to develop relationships with all levels of dealership management in independent and franchise operations to include independent finance companies. Extensive communication skills both verbal and written required. Ability to communicate to Executive management and outside investment community with regards to acquisition.Proficient computer knowledge a must; including word, excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.Must be able to travel extensively.Individual must have the ability to be creative and flexible.
