Managed Accounts Specialist Senior· Team player

PFPC is looking for a Managed Accounts Specialist Senior.  The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

?  Experience with Checkfree/APL is desired.

 

Additional Preferred Skills:

We would prefer that the candidate have experience in the money management business.  In addition, we would ask for experience with APL or a similar tool for this type of business

 

As a Managed Accounts Specialist Senior you will:  Bring continuous improvement mindset to growing money manager outsourcing operation. Daily monitoring and reconciliation of managed accounts between the firm?s accounting system and the firm?s external custodians/platforms. Process advisor and client directed activity on new accounts, terminations, cashflows, etc. for Separate Managed accounts. Establishes regular communication with custodian contacts, investment team contacts, and relationship managers to build sound working relationships. Participate in daily and month-end processes. Accurate and timely processing required with ability to adopt process improvements to keep pace with growing operation. Able to back up other team members in their account duties. Must be flexible and available to work extended hours during peak times.
