Manager – Financial Analysis

Job Description : Provides financial leadership to sales and marketing business leaders.  Leads the most complex data gathering and analysis financial analysis and evaluation to support the financial objectives of RHD.  Frequently interacts with senior management.  Prepares and delivers executive presentations reviewing financial alternatives and making recommendations.  Position has primary responsibility for financial analysis related to specific markets.

Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing two Project Managers.

 

Responsibilities:
Lead Financial Analysis to:

Sprint Sales & Marketing Teams
Sales Forecast, Budget, and Results
Operational Reporting/Benchmarking
Divisional Analysis
Manage and complete the most complex review/analysis of revenue, expense and operating results.
Lead and/or perform the most complex financial analysis of proposed sales & marketing  programs, promotions & business cases to assess the financial viability & associated risk of proposals.
Lead the most complex projects and provide complex financial analysis, including sensitivity analysis.
Provide counsel to & financial analysis for operations management sizing the impact of resource utilization & change in operational procedures.
Design & implement new processes & procedures including the modifications and process improvement of existing procedures.
Propose corrective courses of action through the most complex detailed analysis.
Design & operate more complex systems to provide the business results required.  Establish lead role with end users and suppliers for financial information.
Building relationship with sales and marketing to effectively accomplish goals.
Manage multiple project managers; including hiring, leading, developing, coaching, counseling and evaluating.



Qualifications:
BS/BA in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent work experience.
8-10 years professional business, accounting, or related experience.
Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial concepts.
Proficiency in computer based analysis and complex financial modeling
Strong project management skills
Strong financial reporting and analysis, leadership, process improvement, and analytical skills.
Significant knowledge of data relationships in highly complex business systems.
MBA and/or other related advanced degree/certification desired.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams.
Excellent oral and written communications skills; specifically relationship building.
Strength researching, understanding and succinctly explaining complex transactions and the business reason for the transactions.
Effectively prioritize and manage multiple assignments/responsibilities
High degree of integrity and trust to lead confidential assignments, within time sensitive deadlines, and under pressure.
