Manager, Account Services - ISO/Agent

We are currently seeking a Manager, Account Services ? ISO/Agent in our CPS Division.  This position is responsible for managing all aspects of merchant and sales agent relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective use of products and services. As part of client management, this candidate will be building support for the ISO/Agent channel and managing the implementation of new client accounts and projects.  The individual will be providing customer education and training on products and services, implementing strategies, and decreasing costs. The candidate will be interfacing with Comdata sales and customer service teams to ensure client expectations and retention goals while improving client satisfaction. They will also have direct personnel management responsibilities.  The position may require travel for on-site client visits.

 

Qualifications:  A strong level of personal organization with excellent customer service and communication skills.  Must be detailed oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively.  Experience with negotiation, presentation, contract management, and process improvement skills preferred.  Demonstrate ability to successfully manage high pressure situations. 

 

A bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in transaction processing, financial/information and client services; 3-5 years industry and related management experience.  A strong knowledge of bank/debit card processing or retail POS is required; specific to ISO/Agents channels a plus.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows is necessary.
