We?re in search of an impact player in commercial finance & leasing to join our growing, dynamic client in a role that will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operation for the Customer Service and Portfolio Management departments.  This would include development of policies and procedures, staffing, training, management; call monitoring, quality assurance and continuous quality improvement.

 

The impact player that will be successful in the outstanding opportunity will hold the following qualities:

?  Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration

?  At least 5 years of finance and/or leasing experience with 3 years in a management role

?  At least 3 years of customer service and/or call center experience

?  Prior experience in a processing environment

?  Strong leadership skills, managerial courage, and organization agility
