Manager - Falmouth Branch

The primary role of the manager of the Falmouth branch at Service Credit Union is to deliver outstanding service to credit union members and develop new sales opportunities.  This professional will work collaboratively with credit union leaders to implement marketing and sales programs within their communities, provide leadership and training to full-time/part-time branch staff, set and evaluate performance measures and ensure a high level of member service.

 

* Four year degree or equivalent work experience required.

 

* Ability to think and plan strategically while acting tactically to meet goals in a fast-track environment.

 

* Must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build and lead teams and motivate staff.

 

* Must be well-organized, imaginative and creative with the ability to present compelling presentations to SCU leadership.

 

* Must be a team player and adaptable/flexible related to work schedule.

 

* Ability to set clearly defined and realistic sales and service goals for branch employees to achieve on a regular basis.
