Manager Internal Reporting

This manager level position has primary responsibility for managing the internal financial and operational reporting of the domestic divisions of the Company.

 

Major responsibilities include:

 

Manage the preparation and distribution of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports of the financial and operational results of the domestic divisions of the Company.  This will include the monthly ECM package, Board Book package, Dashboard, VAC Graphs, MERP, Headcount reporting and internal reporting generated by the department.

 

Performs ongoing evaluation of internal reporting to determine the effectiveness and necessity of the reporting.

 

Identifies and implements opportunities to standardize reporting throughout the Company.

 

Identify and appropriately communicate significant trends and unusual items noted in the course of preparing reporting.

 

Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting throughout the Company.

 

Develop an indepth, detailed understanding of the operations of KCI USA and KCI Corporate for the purpose of reporting financial and operational results.

 

Identify and take corrective action with respect to duplicative reporting throughout the Company.

 

Responsible for managing the budget and forecast for this department. 

 

Will interact on a regular basis with mid level members of KCI USA and KCI Corporate. 

 

Will provide day to day supervision of several senior and staff level employees

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

Required

 

5 yrs work experience, Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, Financial Reporting, excellent PC skills including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, maintain complete confidentiality, exercise sound business judgment

 

Preferred

 

Management experience, healthcare industry experience, Oracle, Business Objects and MPC experience, Advanced Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA
