Manager, International Finance

Primary Function - Lead the Lake Forest Finance support function providing guidance for international business decisions
- Support the growth and efficiency of international businesses through analysis


Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of measurements and reporting packages that provide accurate, timely and actionable information that supports the business plan and facilitates decision making
- Lead the development of the annual planning, quarterly and long-range forecasting process for certain international businesses
- Support Mexico in-country branch expansion efforts by providing financial analysis support and measurements
- Support Grainger China LLC expansion efforts by providing financial analysis support for future development and expansion
- Perform business case analysis on proposed capital expenditures to facilitate decision making
- Evaluate potential M&A candidates for the Company
- Support General Managers of certain International businesses by working directly with to provide needed analytical support and facilitate decision making
- Understand international businesses intimately with full knowledge of accounting decisions and their impacts as well as overall operations
- Manage three (currently) Sr. Financial Analysts to complete all assigned responsibilities and measurements
