Manager of Portfolio Sales
Credigy Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a successful sales professional to join our team as a Manager of Portfolio Sales at our corporate headquarters in Suwanee, GA. Credigy specializes in the purchase and servicing of distressed receivables. The core responsibility of this position will be analyzing the value of Credigy?s existing portfolios of consumer credit and identifying accounts which are most profitable for the company to sell. The goal will be to maximize the net value of those accounts in the sales process utilizing internal resources, brokers and account level trading organizations.
Primary responsibilities:
Preparing a detailed sales process and corresponding timelinesSelecting ideal accounts and best sales channel, ultimately responsible for providing recommendations to the Asset Management Committee for approvalJointly with the legal department: Preparation of deal-related documents:Standard confidentiality agreementsPortfolio teasers (marketing material, one pagers)Seller survey and Summary strats to be provided to potential buyers Purchase and Sale Agreements (in conjunction with Credigy?s legal team)Create and maintain the sales filesManage the sales process with buyers and brokers, including contractual negotiations, price negotiations, Q&A responses and closing of the deal (financial, contract and data file)Upon completion of the sale, coordinate ?conversion out? with conversion team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the transactions area of a consulting firm and must thrive in a demanding environment. This position would be the perfect opportunity for a consulting firm Senior Associate or Manager who has a passion for the business, but is looking for a career with less travel. This individual will have the ability to make a significant impact to the bottom line of the company, and therefore must have a high level of initiative and a ?make things happen attitude.? Experience/Skills:
3-7 years experience, preferably working for a large consulting firmPrior transactions experience, including developing and executing ?deals?, preparing all supporting documents for the sale, and negotiating contracts and purchase agreementsResults driven with a passion to achieve success Excellent communication and networking skillsOutstanding negotiation skillsExtremely organized with strong sense of priority, urgency and commitment to deadlinesOpportunity focused with the ability to identify and exploit opportunities rapidly Willingness to travel on a limited basisAbility to manage change and thrive in a high-pressure environmentEnthusiastic with continuing commitment; self-starter with strong intrinsic motivationAccomplished academic background, with a Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance; Masters Degree is a plus
