In our view, fostering a culture that embodies these values will lead to success and growth for our employees and our business. We are adding a Managing Market Analyst position to our team in Boston, MA. The Managing Market Analyst for IFR Markets Equity is responsible for the production, development and management of the product within the region. The MMA will be responsible for setting the editorial/analytical mission, as well as style and content requirements for the product and team of analysts. The MMA will be an intra-day contributor, providing original and directional commentary and analysis on the North American equity and related markets.  He or she will also manage, edit and train the analyst team on a daily basis to ensure their commentary and analysis is meeting set requirements and standards. The incumbent of the role willProduce original and authoritative analysis to the service. Be responsible for coordinating all phases of product/editorial production.  Maintain standards to ensure overall quality of commentary and analysis. Work with customers, sales and product development to communicate features and benefits of products and to ensure product meets market requirements.  Manage analyst team.

WritingWrites original and directional commentary and analysis Maintains extensive market contact list Stay abreast of market activities and trends

Customer relationsRecognized as market expert Support customers and vendors in region and globally, as required

Sales supportCustomer and vendor training Contribute to collateral pieces to be used for sales or marketing purposes.

Other dutiesTo co-ordinate with other managing market analysts to maintain consistency of coverage and avoid duplication of effort

Qualifications10 years experience as an equity analyst, trader or sales, including proven management experience or potential. Solid understanding of the equity market. Strong writing and editorial skills.  Extensive market contacts. Ability to context market evolution and movements into original commentary and analysis.  Track record of project management and leadership skills. Strong inter-personal skills. Degree (or equivalent) in finance, economics, journalism or related major. Please apply through this link:
