Marketing Administrative Assistant

Fiduciary Trust International, a member of Franklin Templeton Investments, is a leading global investment management firm specializing in providing investment services to both individual and institutional clients.

You will be part of our Investment Management team in our Washington, DC office providing administrative and marketing support for the group.

Specific responsibilities will include:


Create, print and assemble PowerPoint presentation books for prospects and internal meetings.

Handle all marketing collateral materials; maintain marketing and business development files and databases.

Maintain market research and keep track of prospects.

Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and special events.

Conduct general administrative duties: phones, typing, filing, mail, ordering supplies, travel expenses, etc.





To qualify you must possess the following:


2-3 years prior administrative/marketing experience working within a corporate environment.

Solid PC skills including: Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Professional phone manner and demeanor.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work in a team environment.
